These shared test logins are only shown to super admins so you can compare athlete, coach, and admin behavior quickly.
Seed assigns a few recent ready clips to the hosted test athlete and creates matching synthetic attendance. Clear removes only those seeded assignments.

Registration Rules
A username and email can only be used once. The server also blocks duplicate registration for the same
name and email, so existing athletes should log in or use the recovery links instead of registering again.
